Getting online
We are committed to making sure you have access to computers and the internet, as well as making sure you have the skills to use them.
The changes caused by welfare reform mean you often have to make benefit claims online.
For example, if you’re entitled to claim Universal Credit you will need to apply and manage your claim online.
