Accessible office and services
We aim to ensure that our office and services are accessible to as many people as possible.
If you visit us
Our office is fully accessible for disabled visitors, including wheelchair users. It has also recently refurbished to improve accessibility for people with visual impairments and we welcome any assistance dogs.
It has disabled parking spaces, a drop off area, ramped access to the reception area, automatic doors and accessible toilets.
We have a portable induction loop to assist people who are deaf or have hearing impairments.
If you visit the office and need the use of an interpreter, please tell a member of our Customer Services Team what language you speak. We have language cards to help you communicate this.
We are a member of Happy to Translate which gives us access to an interpreter, translation or other type of communication assistance.
If you call us
If you call us with a query and need language assistance, please tell us which language you speak, your name and a contact telephone number.
We will arrange to call you back and try to answer your query with the help of a telephone interpreter.
Our publications
We will produce any of our documents and publications in Braille, Community languages, large print and audio tape on request.
